Do Ghost Face's add ons work?

The killer instinct ones have a noticeable duration increase, given that by default I can't turn 90 degrees fast enough to see it, but stalk add ons don't feel like they affect anything.
e.g. caught on tape doesn't seem to reduce my stalk speed nor increase lean stalk.
None of the others stalk add ons feel like they do anything either.
I'm not sure how many of the other add ons seem to do anything too.
