We need killers to be able take the lead.
Yeah, it's hard to put it in a title, what I meant is that ALL killers should be able to kill survivors that don't make any mistake. Right now, except with the nurse, all killers can do is punish the mistakes that survivors do, so you could say that survivors lead the game, if they do everything right, they win, and there is nothing killers can do. And survivors skills like looping and so are relatively easy to master and become virtually uncountereable.
Right now, you could say that killers are defensive, but we need something to make them able to take the offense, something that keeps the roles changing, sometimes the killer will be the one leading, sometimes it's the survivors and so on. Or in easier words, something that makes that the more skilled player is able to win no matter if the others did not made any mistake.

The map reworks are a indirect buff to most weaker killers, thankfully. There's no real way to just "fix" all killers but reworking the maps is a massive good first step.

Billy,Hag,Spirit and Huntress are all very capable, it isn’t much selection but maps are getting reworked for a reason.

If a survivor plays flawlessy and the killer not, why should he be punished?
In any case, in a team of 4 there is always a weaker link. Being skilled as killer include campitalyzing on that. If you just mindlessy chase the god-like looper you're making a huge mistake and don't deserve the kill to be handed to you.

@LancerCain. Well, record a video when you escape 5 games in a row. It's easy to say that being a survivor is so easy.

They also punish those mistakes severely and good killers can push survivors to make mistakes. If survivors make no mistakes and killer still wins - there's 4x the players who wonder why the hell they are playing this game. Least with killer you have 4 sources of potential mistakes.
