For each failed skill check filled you with anger for others mistakes, so you have to fix that.

•2 tokens will give each survivor a repair penalty of 5%/10%/15% speed progression

•4 tokens increase moment speed by 10%/12%/14%

•6 tokens will put survivor(s) in the exposed state and decreased successful attack cool down by 8%

•8 tokens will let you kill them with your own hands

(Maybe needs a bit of a nerf but this will do!)

    great perk, though if it was real rank reset would be a nightmare for newcomers
