Exponential cost/bloodpoints
As every new survivor and killer gets released, it gets harder and harder to p3 full perks all characters. For example, once a new killer gets released, 3 new perks gets added. To get these perks to lvl 3 on a killer, you gotta go through 9 bloodwebs. Multiply that by the amount of killers, and you get 144. This is assuming you have all other perks at level 3. A new player would have basically nothing, and has no chance whatsoever to catch up to get all perks on all killers, let alone all survivors. Add in p3 on all killers and survivors, and it won't happen in a million years. For each new killer and survivor, the amount of bloodpoints required to just update the ones you have already maxed gets ridiculous. Something has to be done.
I have a couple of suggestions on how to mend/fix this. First of all, remove the 1m bloodpoint cap. Don't give me some bullshit-story about how that allowes cheaters to add infinite amount of bloodpoints. Just don't, it's the worst argument in history, and even if it happens, you are only punishing non-cheaters. Second, up the 8k bp limit in each category to 10k. This makes it possible to gain 40k bp each game without offerings and perks, up from 32k. This is a good boost, and helps eleviate the problem of maxing out one category. Third, do something about the devotion system. Add in rewards that give you a set multiplier to bp gain. One example is to give accounts with devotion 5 a 1.05 multiplier to the total amount of bloodpoints gained in a match. This would make 40k bp into 42k bp. Assuming perks and offerings, 200k bp would turn into 210k. A higher devotion could give greater, similar, or different passive rewards. This rewards players, which is good. Devs, STOP punishing players like you have been for years (bp cap, previous shards cap, stop capping everything). Fourth, for the love of god let us earn bloodpoints in kill your friends. The game would have tens of thousands more players, who would actually enjoy the game. That was all my group of friends wanted at release, play together and have fun. Find whatever solution you have to balance it, just STOP punishing players who want to have fun with ######### excuses like hacking and exploiting.
Changes like these would make the game better, easier, more fun for everyone and it would have more players.
