Each token represents 10/15/20 extra seconds on top of the end game collapse timer. So that would be a max of 1 extra minute to make your escape.

What if Mettle of Man blocked off the ability to Mori you when downed for a set time.
10/20/30 seconds. Do you can mastermind your escape rather than immediately being tunneled from hook and downed. Mettle meaning the ability to endure hardship which about to be morid is.

There are weaker survivor perks that need rework first. MoM was a perk that literally had no counterplay at all with weaker killers

The fundamental problem with MoM is that ignoring a hit is incredibly powerfull. If one survivor has it its annoying and frustrating for the killer, but if all survivors have it, it becomes crippling and complelty skew the game's balance.
The only way to balance such a perk is to make it only work under really difficult conditions. Because it is OP by nature, it can't be easy to use.

As I statet when the perk came out: It should've never EVER made it into the game in the first place. How the perk is right now, it's okay. Leave it at that.

In my opinion, MoM in its current state is not only too weak, but it is worse than Deja Vu. At least Deja Vu does not force you to run around the map giving the killer free hits. MoM promotes inefficient gameplay and screw over the entire team. Overall, it has a net negative effect on the outcome of the match.

Mettle of Man was like Legion. Completely awful to play against before it got adjusted. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the protection requirements.

A perk should never reward to hit 2 health states at once. It should never been in the game in the first place. It should be extremely difficult to hit 2 health states at once. It shouldn't be something you acquire through natural, normal gameplay.

You can counter it by injuring any nearby survivors who are waiting for you to pick up a dying survivor that way they won't bother with it because their injured.

Even though I despise MoM's effect, I agree. The game's detection for Protection hits is absolutely dreadful and should be looked at.
You can even tank a hit when the killer is carrying someone, and you still won't get a protection hit. Like seriously?

What's even funnier is that you can score Protection Hits even if you didn't actually protect anyone. They are so buggy and inconsistent, it really surprises me they would change MOM without addressing this first.

I get that the new rework for the perk is buggy and that it needs fixing but don't forget that the survivors that want it to be fixed abused the hell out of it and used it to bully all killers. You'll just have to wait for it to be fixed like so many killers had to wait for MoM to be fixed the first time

I don't think Legion is trash. He is in a better spot then he previously was. The only problem i have with Legion is his pin addons.
MoM in it's previous state was bad for the game in terms of balance.

I agree with the OP, but can't resist some whataboutery: killers have been complaining about the unreliable system for detecting when we're in a chase since day-one and it still hasn't been fixed. I'm not even sure if it's been acknowledged.
If the devs are quick to fix this issue for survivors(yet again) but not to fix this issue for killers(yet again), is it worth killers even trying to engage?

I dunno, i've been told that the devs listen to the survivor players first which sucks, no matter the role every player should have a chance to share their mind knowing that it will be acknowledged by a dev.
