Why Isn’t The Entity Blocking Windows?

Over the past few weeks in some games Ive been chasing a survivor and the entity doesn’t block the window. Most of the time it was on haddonfield which made the loops pretty much infinite.

    It's an old and well known and documented bug that the devs don't understand how to fix it as and has backend tools in the game currently trying to figure out what causes the blockers to not work.
