Any Male "The Pig" skin?
They added only female ones, I hope that they will add male ones... What do you think guys?

To be fair, nothing apart from licensing issues and extra effort in recording audio is stopping them, since Legion shows that they can do male and female body types for the same Killer provided they are comparable.
That being said, as a Pig player, I'm indifferent to a male Pig skin.

It's not a simple matter of just changed the story.
I've said this before but I'll say it again just because it worked with Legion doesn't mean it will work with any killer.
From the very beginning Legion was set up to be four individual people the backstory reflects this and there add-ons are very neutral or general if you would the only addons that reference a specific character are the mixtapes.
For you to change Amanda or pig to be able to have a male variant like Legion does you would have to.
1) Change the back story to be less exclusively centric around Amanda and more general ( like with Legion mention the other members and mentioned them getting taken) This would also mean you would have to cut out a decent chunk of the backstory where Amanda discovers she's in the entity's realm and breaks down before she rationalized why she's there what she has to do
2) Change the addons so they're not so Amanda centric. Currently the add-ons are very Amanda centric even if they don't heavily reference her the descriptions are still based on how she would interpret these items for example Amanda's letter is a direct reference to her whilst Johns Medical file is not a direct reference her but definitely is heavily based on how she would interpret that.
3) They would have to create different body types in animations for the male version of a pig
4) You will have to get a male voice actor to do all sounds that the Pig would make in trial. Whilst they use people in their own company for the voice acting which would save a lot of money in would still be a time consuming process.
5) This would be my personal favourite you would have to to get the licence holders agreement to it.

Again this is not a simple cross 2 words out of the backstory and say Hoffman was taken too.
Look how long it took before we got cosmetics for Amanda.
How long do you think it's going to take for them to come to agreement on all the things I've mentioned.
Hell you would have a better chance just asking for more cosmetics for Amanda like her saw 1 outfit and saw 2 outfit or like the robes that you pictured above.
If you want me to take a logic out and just what my general idea on how I would feel about a male Pig. I'm not fond of it in the slightest while I would be be lot more warm to the idea if it was Gordon or John being the male likelihood is it would be Hoffman and I despise his character with a passion.

Issue is, the Pig is only one person; The Legion is in lore multiple people

To be fair, IMO there's no real reason super special cosmetic skins should really care about the lore, as they are just that: super special cosmetic skins that aren't really canon. The devs would just have to make sure they stay within the realms of reason. In the case of licensed characters, it's technically a different story since the license holders might care, but if you can get them on board, I say you're good to go.

Not to mention they would have to realistically give you one free male cosmetic similar to DLC extra cosmetics or like legion for gender. Which would be just a loss of profit for a company.

7) you would have to change the perk quotes and make them universal quotes currently the quotes on the Pig's perks are direct quotes from Amanda.
You would have to make them more universal.
For example.
Hangman's trick - "If you break the rules there will be consequences" Jigsaw/Pig
Surveillance - "Hello I want to play a game" Jigsaw/Pig
Make your choice- " The rules are simple live or die, make your choice" Jigsaw/Pig

Male 'Pigs' being a thing in Saw has no effect upon Amanda's canonicity in DbD. Her specific story, and the fact that she cheated in her games, is what attracted the Entity - Kramer and Hoffman wouldn't fit in the Lore of DbD, much less the established lore of the SAW chapter.

They could do the same thing they did with Legion. Different skins swap genders and characters. Would definitely work on the Pig.

No it wouldn't because it wouldn't make any sense as to why there is a male pig when only Amanda was taken.
If they wanted to canonically add a male skin they would have to change a lot of things about the pig it is not as easy as you think it is.
Once again it works with Legion because they were established as multiple people from the very beginning. Pig was not

Technically speaking, The Pig in Dead by Daylight is Amanda Young. She's the only one here, there is no male Pig. Jigsaw himself wouldn't appear in the Entity's realm because he did not believe in killing people. He would give them a test, but how would not interfere. He believed that their life was in their hands, and their failures were their fault.
Now you might say, "But what about Hoffman?" That gets a shrug from me. I imagine the Entity didn't pick him before he died.

Maybe it's a licencing issue. They may just have it for Amanada and would need to discuss or pay more for another char from saw to join the game even as a skin.

If they are were to add male skins to Pig (which they arent) I would want all of the female characters to have male skins, then I want female skins for all of the male characters. I would totally love a Female Michelle Meyers or a Fergie Kruegar. "Just change the story..." Right? It would be all good Riiiiiigggghhht?!

This is supposed to be Legions gimmick, and it should stay Legion's gimmick since it is one of very few things Legion has going for it right now.

I can tell you’re not too well versed or educated with the copyright characters... the ONLY “gender change” is with Legion just because of the backstory actually being a band if I believe 4 people. 2 males and 2 females. So they have skins to play as either gender. Everything is the way it should be. Don’t post stupid ######### in discussions. Thanks.

Saw 9 is coming in 2020. And, since Hoffman officially have unknown status, there is a chance, he will appear in Saw 9. So, devs probably won't get license for him.

That was their schtick for John, but he was blatantly a killer. SO MANY people through the series were just killed, not tested. Especially the insurance trial, part one, an old man dies just to prove a point, then it's "pick one or the other, oops sorry person who just died, shame you just got TESTED." Then 6 people with 4 guaranteed deaths.
It was run by Hoffman but it was John's test, his revenge on the insurance company and his recordings outlining his traps.
On the topic of a male Pig, Hoffman was a profoundly boring, basic, and unlikable character. I'd prefer to stick to Amanda in his clothes than have him represented more than the already excessive amount of movie time he got.

That wasn't Kramer. He was on the bathroom floor playing dead at that time.
The man who killed Tapp was Zepp, who was forced into a game by Kramer, or he would die of poisoning.

It was Kramer. I'm talking about the scene where Tapp survived the throat slash, not when he actually dies. The time where Kramer evaded apprehension. That incident is what motivated Tapp's obsession on finding and stopping Jigsaw in the first place.

While having Jigsaw skin would be kinda fun, he wouldn't kill on his own. Amanda, in the movies, killed for her benefit, while Jigsaw only set up the traps and put the victims inside to "teach them a lesson" or some #########.
Basically what I'm saying is Amanda is the better candidate to be the Killer. Jigsaw would actually work better as a survivor who makes his team temporarily suffer, only to buff the wazoo out of them later on.
*EDIT: Though having his other male apprentices would be cool, I think Amanda is the most memorable since she was in the starting trilogy.

I dont want a male pig skin, but I want more cosmetics or at least outfit colours for her. Ghostface broke the curse of "licensed characters don't have cosmetics (without considering leatherface masks)" so add some cosmetics for the pig and other characters, for example a true captain kirk mask for Myers, no the weird mask he wears.

Oh boy now that legendary skins are a thing this might be possible. And they have a lot to chose from Hoffman Logan and Gordon, but the pig in the art is Kramer cuz only he wears that kind of robe in the movies, yes but they would have to come up with new pig masks but there are currently only 3 known masks seen in the movies (there is the Chinese new year pig mask wich Kramer used to kidnap his first test subject but ya. Btw kinda sad Amanda got the reverse bear trap and not the shotgun collar idk would make sense she did make it. But hey these new legendary skins might spice things up
