Status Update | Rank and Pip Errors
For the last few months, some players have been experiencing recurring ranking and pips issues that are preventing their pips from accumulating and as a result, preventing their rank from updating. We have been looking into the issue since reports started to come in.
We introduced the error message in order to gather some crucial analytics and provide players with more information on the issue that they were facing. We are now investigating the logs we received from the community.
We appreciate the tremendous support from the players in sending their logs and we now have everything we need to move forward. Unfortunately, the customer support team is not able to apply any sort of fix for the moment. The resolution of this issue is in the technical team’s hands.
As soon as we have an update on the status of this issue, we will communicate more details. If a patch is required, we will add the information to the patch notes.
