    Yes if you have the correct proof which generally means a video of the conversation and showing the guys profile in it by clicking there name in the end game chat.

    I think they need to be more specific threats to be taken seriously

    For example "Im going to kill you" is not as serious as "Im going to come into your house and slit your throat tonight"

    Someone once told me post game that
    "I hope you get raped by a black man and eaten alive by tigers"

    So I would look for specific or extremely vulver threats to report, otherwise just bathe in the salt.

    im not in america but im pretty sure threatening to swat and kill someone but the swat part its a federal crime etc. if you wanted you could probably report him to the police not sure what else really. fbi maybe? sounds drastic but no more drastic than his threat. plus need to see more than those things said surely that isnt all the convo?

    i am almost certain that using the internet to threaten someone's life is a federal crime.  i would prosecute in your shoes.  no second chances with crap like that.

    That is a very specific threat indeed and it is a bannable offense (whether devs actually do sth, thats a different story sadly)
