Requirements to pip/depip should be based on offerings/addons brought in the trial.
I shouldn't depip because a killer decided to bring an ebony mori. I should get ranked for how well I did in the situation that the killer DID bring an ebony mori.

Moris, the exposed status, and the emblem system do need to sit down and have a talk about their differences.

Basically I think the game needs to account for everything brought into the trial and put a value on them. If the value of what the survivors bring into the trial equates to the value of what the killer brings into the trial, it should be about the same to pip. If what the killer brings is more valuable, it should be based on how well you did in the event that the killer has the deck stacked more against you. If the survivors have more value brought into the trial, it should be based on how well the killer did with the deck stacked against him.

The problem with that idea will be how exactly would you rate a strong add-on.
For example on Pig ruleset no. 2 and Amanda's letter feel like they don't really fit the requirements of an ultra rare.
Amanda's letter ( even though it's my favourite) has way too many downsides for the benefit it gives you.
Ruleset no. 2 is not strong in the slightest and honestly should be added to the base kit.
Also let's throw in Amanda's secret because that addon is terrible in fact definitely a contender for the worst out on in the game.
That's 2 ultra rares and a very rare because they're not exactly good and addons of a lower rarity are even better than them how would you rate that.
Should the lower rarities that are better be considered harder odds or should these addons be considered harder odds because they're ultra rares and very rares.
For example would be spirit prayer beads is probably her best add-on and in fact is better than an ultra rares so would you rate prayer beads as a higher threat survivors must scaling up the pipping or a lower threat than the ultras despite it being more dangerous.
Another example fuming mixtape on Legion the add-on is terrible hell even before the Legion rework where they could spend their ability it was still terrible. So would you waited because it's an ultra rare or would you rate it based on how how powerful it is to go up against in which case it isn't

@Volfawutt Perhaps a reworking of what is red/purple/green/yellow/brown could solve this problem alone.

@Atrushan88 like Volfa said, Award Winning Chile and other garbage would make even less sense then.
But generally it's not a bad idea, especially with moris. I think adding a slight penalty/bonus for only offerings (or strictly to map offerings and moris) would already be a nice step.
