We are investigating an issue in the game that causes strobing/flashing lights, and are focused on fixing it as soon as possible. Some players may be impacted by this issue and experience discomfort from it, so we recommend taking proper precautions.

直近数ヶ月間、一部のプレイヤーにランクとPipに関する問題が発生しています。この問題が発生するとマッチで得られたPipが換算されなくなり、結果的にランクが更新されなくなります。皆さんから報告をいただき始めて以来、この問題を調査し続けています。
この問題を更に分析するため、およびプレイヤーの皆さんに問題が発生したことをお知らせするため、上記のエラーメッセージを追加しました。現在、皆さんからいただいた情報とデータを調査しています。
皆さんから沢山の報告と情報をいただいたおかげて、調査を前進させるのに十分な情報を得ることができました。しかし、残念ながらカスタマーサポート窓口では短期的な解決策をご提供することができません。この問題は、現在技術的な部分を担当するチームが取り組んでいます。
この問題について皆さんにお伝えできる情報が分かり次第、またお知らせします。修正にアップデートが必要な場合、パッチノートでお知らせします。
