Punish Camping and Tunneling
Okay so I don’t mean punish like giving them a disadvantage I just mean discourage it. If these perks were reworked I think it might help.
Decisive Strike
The timer for it only starts going down when the killer goes away from you and stops when they start chasing you again. Make the timer 35/40/45 seconds instead of 40/50/60 seconds.
Kindred
Kindred shoulda Have a slightly large tree range.
When on the hook and being camped
If the killer is right there you should be able to struggle way longer than when they are not.
New perk ideas that hopefully discourage some it.
Payback
When you’re on the hook Thisbe perk becomes available. The closer then killer is to you the higher percentage of getting off the hook is. If you get off the hook and the killer isn’t right there the killer isn’t stunned for 4 seconds and you get a burst of energy. After that you get the exhausted perk for 60/50/40 seconds.
Tainted Meat.
If you made it to the second stage on your first hook, whenever you get hooked again you will go back to stage 1. Overall struggle time on the Hook isn’t increased by 10/20/30 seconds.
No Tracks Left Behind
After getting unhooked, you and your rescuer don’t leave scratch marks for 6/8/10 seconds. The killer also can’t see you and your rescuers aura for 15/20/25 seconds.
anyways I made this because the game get so boring when they tunnel and camp so yeah. If you are getting tunneled because you are obsession I guess that’s works but if you’re not then it’s stupid.

Tainted Meat is blatently OP and highly abusable.
Just always run the perk and never save anyone until they are at stage 2.
This reduces gen pressure from someone being hooked (since you are waiting anyways) but more importantly means that as a Killer you have to hook everyone 4 times.
You want to know what the counterplay to that is? Stopping anyone from unhooking a 2nd stage survivor. And to do that you need to camp.
Thus it's a busted perk that doesn't do what it is supposed to do.

A base kit version of your kindred idea was tested and it was abused by survivors.
Basically. Camping NEEDS to work, otherwise it would mean unhooks are free and that means you get almost no pressure from a hook since someone who is hooked will immediately be freed with no possible consequence to doing so.
This is anti-strategy and thus anti-fun in a more fundamental sense than camping itself is.
That doesn't mean camping needs to be OPTIMAL per say. And it's 100% not right now, all you need to do in order to counter it is gen rush. You will be able to complete every generator and leave before he can get a second Kill. But there is a time and place for camping and so it's not as simple as just mindlessly punishing Killers just because.

It’s only on first hook. I feel you get hooked a second time and get to stage 2 it won’t activate. It’s a one time use
