Can the entity make itself exists into different dimension?

So since time and space doesn't affect the entity can it make itself rule into different dimensions?
Take for example Bill who was pulled in from the left 4 dead universe (i think we all know what left 4 dead is).

    I don't think the entity would want another of itself to exist, like offspring, if that is what you meant. Maybe just a copy, I don't know...

    The thing would be that of course it's powerful enough to do just that, but it would now have to compete with 'itself' for food, the very essence of hope.

    If that's not what you meant then~ yes, it can grasp into any realm or timeline that it feels like. Since it can do that it would probably stay in a comfortable place though, like its own realm.
