Hex Third Seal Vs Freddy's Alarm Clocks.

As we all know Hex: The Third Seal blocks any and all survivor aura reading when affected by it. My question is does this also apply to Freddy's Alarm clocks? As iv'e heard from numerous people that it does and that it doesn't.

I highly doubt it. If it does, it must be unintended. Just like Jigsaw boxes, it would be a lil too much.
Hopefully, someone will test it, just to be sure.
