Can Snare traps be stronger for every sleeping survivor like Freddy's TP?

Like the TP, Freddy gets a 15% reduction in CD for every survivor in the world of Freddy ... why not also get a slow % increase for every survivor he has in his dreams? Since Freddy does not have ADDONS to improve THIS.

• Examples of Numbers: 1 Survivor: + 0,75% ....... Totally: 15% BASE +3% = 18% If the survivors (4) gets all asleep

Why not 1,25% instead of 0,75? 20% is round and a better number than 18% and doesn't seem OP.

Maybe 20% is very aggressive, so it might be that he forced the survivors to wake up and Freddy could gain more time, it's a matter of looking at him.
