A change to Blood Hunts: 0.5x Node Costs

As can be quite easily deduced from having a look through the various forums and reddit, Blood Hunts tend to bring out the absolute worst in people for some reason. My guess is the overfocus on getting as many points as possible, throwing fun and a good game completely out of the window.

A suggestion that was made in a different thread of mine was, that Blood Hunts, instead of giving double the Bloodpoints, should instead just half the node prices in the Bloodweb.

The result in regards to levelling would the same, but I'm sure people wouldn't behave like toxic apes anymore or at the very least considerably less.

    Im a smart ape, i'll only farm till i have 4 WGLF tokens... that means 2 dead teammates.
