Leatherface is super OP with his chainsaw because when I get hit by it, it’s an instant KO. There also seems to be a very short cooldown for using the chainsaw. Perhaps if the chainsaw took 2 times to knock you down and it had a longer cooldown, it would be more fair.

LF isn't anywhere near top tier.
If you're dying quickly to him, that's you misplaying rather than him doing too well.
