New Killer: Vigo The Phantom
Power: Vigo phases to into a phantom allowing him to move through all obstacles and granting him immunity to pallet stuns.
Perk 1: Reveals the aura of the hatch within 32/48/64 meters.
Perk 2: Gain a notification when a survivor begins searching a standard chest. 1/2/3 trapped chests spawn in a trial highlighted by a white aura. Survivors are granted at least a very rare item and add-on. Survivors are exposed while carrying the item.
Perk 3: The killer becomes obsessed with one survivor. The obsession receives 50/75/100% blood points in the survival and boldness categories. The killer receives 50/75/100% blood points for any action performed on the obsession. All blood point gains are awarded post trial. The highest ranked survivor in the trial is guaranteed to be the obsession. The obsession cannot change unless the first obsession is dead if this perk is equipped. The aura of the obsession is revealed within a 6/12/18 meter range.

I thought this was going to be about the antagonist from Ghostbusters.

Your creativity is good but the power is a really strong (and unfair) and the perks useless.
Power: The power reminds me a lot of Nurse's blinks. But seems it will be OP due that you don't receive some sort of fatigue and you can avoid being stunned. Imagine if Nurse hadn't stun at all. But still Nurse will be fairest than that because Nurse is still slower and still need to catch survivors with a blink.
Perk 1: This perk is pretty useless until the end of the trial. The hatch it's supposed to be: the one who find it first, the one who win (still survivors have exit gates but if RNG is bad then they are screwed). The perk is a lot like Left Behind but stronger, because the aura reading is farest. Anyway this perk maybe looks good on paper but in the end no one will waste a perk slot just for looking for the hatch. Again as "left behind" that nobody use it even now.
Perk 2: First you already receive a notification when you're closer to a chest but having a perk that only makes me notice if someone is opening a chest is pretty useless even if it's far. Don't you think? I mean I am hearing a generator and going there. Would I waste a lot of time only for seeking a survivor that is searching on a chest and that will notice that I am getting closer to him/her?
Second. If I (as a survivor) don't have Ace in the Hole it will be very suspicious, specially because you have 0% chance of winning an add-on. And if I see that I am granted with the exposed status effect then I will let the object there.
Third: The aura is revealed within 6/12/18 meters, if you're not closer then it's useless and if it's closer then the obsession will have a huge disadvantage because you will know exactly where she/he is. Actually if you're closer then it will be unfair that you can see the obsession aura (a lot of people already complains about OoO so... we don't need to create a problem to fix it later).
