The Mariner
A Sea-dwelling killer based on the older shanty "The mariner's revenge." As the man takes his revenge on the old captain in the whale, he finds himself exploring deeper into it and in the darkness, taken by the entity and promised revenge on all which have wronged another (the survivors.)
Terror radius:
The Mariner possesses a terror radius similar to the huntress in that he hums or sings a shanty with an increased radius (42m); however, unlike the huntress his terror radius is not a smaller circle on the inside and does comprise the entire 42 meters.
Killer's power:
The Mariner possesses the ability to teleport to lockers within his terror radius. He bursts through the locker and gains a one second speed boost afterwards.
Teleporting into a locker with a survivor currently in it will involve an interaction between survivor and killer where the mariner pushes the survivor out and injures them. Survivors injured by the power in this way are broken for 60 seconds.
This power has a cool-down of 15 seconds.
Killer's three teachable perks:
Treasured bounty:
Chests are filled with YOUR valuables, and so the auras of survivors within a radius of 4/5/6 meters of a chest are revealed to you. Survivors that successfully open a chest in your terror radius gain the exposed effect for 40/50/60 seconds and become the obsession.
Just in reach:
Revenge is always within your grasp- increase the lunge distance of the killer by 5/10/15%.
Vengeance paid:
After sacrificing a survivor, increase the killer's terror radius by 4/5/6 meters. Increase bloodpoints gained the sacrifice category by 100%.
These are the ideas I've been pondering for a while, and with the introduction of sea-themed cosmetics, the perks and killer seemed rather appropriate. Let me know what you think.

Power is pretty cool. Kind of a less flexible hag.
Treasured bounty I'd recommend having it so they are revealed for an amount of time. 4/6/8 seconds maybe?
Just in reach is probably to strong but still a neat idea.
