Dark Devotion: Funny new perk.
So, I've been prestiging Trapper lately (also sometimes playing him, too, lol), and my low perk spread is kinda lame. However, they buffed Dark Devotion considerably by removing its cooldown, and I've begun using it on him as a filler. While I'm not one to track the Obsession, it's frigging hilarious seeing how confused other survivors get, especially since I use Distressing for some more points.
I really want to test this out on Doctor (don't own him), Myers (along with Infectious Fright), and Pig/Hag (to test if the TR fades with Pig's crouch, and if Hag traps trigger the TR after it's been passed on).
Cool perk. I want to use it more.

It's awesome on Hag with Rusty Shackles.

I was thinking this perk would be S-Tier for Nurse, since she can hit the obsession and turn around and gank other people completely by surprise. It would be, like, a better Tinker for her. I miiiiiight start practicing Nurse again for this, but I'm rank 20 rusty trash with her nowadays.

Leatherface I think is the one with most potential for that. Hit the obsession, sneak up to multiple people doing a gen and down them all.
They can hear her blinks, so it would just be good to start chases with her. But starting chases with Nurse is just the easiest thing ever with detection perks.

I used it on Legion earlier and it was pretty funny honestly. None of them knew what was happening and I got quite a few hits off of it.

It really is a funny and interesting one. No matter what, you'll throw off survivors with it! 😁

Fun on Legion, since you can use FF and avoid actually killing your obsession, you just hit them then run away as a silent killer.
Works on Doc as well. Though I'm waiting on getting UP from a shrine before levelling him up, but I would honestly love to see that unicorn build somewhere. Haven't found a single video of someone using it on Doc in a build like DD, UP, Distressing, PGTW/Ruin/CI/Coulro

I was really excited about this perk when it was first announced and swiftly disappointed when the details were released.
I did this perk study when it was released and while it's better than it was, it's not as good as it could be.
It has a lot of potential, but needs one or two things to make it useful in such a way to create a really fun and interesting experience for both sides.

I became interested when they buffed it by removing the cooldown. It was hilarious on Trapper, since nearby survivors would be confused as hell how I was coming around a corner in front of them while they were looking off behind themselves.
