Killer: The Executioner

Background: Charles had spent much of his life studying medicines to help cure the sick. But after his father was tragically paralyzed he took up his family job, being an executioner. After 38 years Charles has become an expert, able to get clean cuts with little issue. With the resent invention of the guillotine his job became much easier. On the 21 January of 1793 the king Louis XVI was convicted with high treason and Charles had the honor of executing him. But all the stress slowly built up inside of Charles. He retrieved his sword and went on a rampage managing to take several more heads before he was stopped. For this act Charles was executed by his own sons. While waiting for the guillotines cold blade to strike him he felt a strange cold wash over him. His bonds disappeared and he hit the ground, smacking his face on the cold dirt underneath him. Next to him lies his ever so trusty blade.

This needs more work. The killers power can be 100% countered, making his power completely useless. He also has 110%. So you don’t even get rewarded for capturing them, even though missing punishes you heavily. What happens if you do manage to get the survivor? What happens if you grab a survivor, but they are behind a tile? How long to struggle out?

The perks need work as well. “No use in struggling” would effect hooks I’m guessing? That would just help people who camp.

”Cost of rescue” is just a stronger Make Your Choice.

that hex perk is literally Save The Best For Last

Share Knowledge is even a more powerful version of Object of Obsession. We don’t need this in the game.

Multiple point of views just isn’t really a perk.

Studied Art would be complete Meta for survivors and Enduring for killers would then become Meta because of it.

Its a nice idea. Just needs refinement.

I think the slower speed would be fine if I add stuff to allow the killer to pull them over vaults and pallets. If they hit a wall of sorts then they get to continue making saves without been dragged closer to him, maybe. Also should specify that dragging them all the way to you allows you to pick them up. Also you can still walk around while pulling them to you, just you know, slower.

    Perk changes

Cost of Rescue- While at least 24 metres away whenever a survivor gets unhooked the savior gets revealed for 4/6/8 seconds, in addition you gain 10/15/20% movement speed for 4/6/8 seconds or until you land an hit on a survivor.

Gets rid of making it t"that hex perk" is fine, the idea was making a stronger version just with hexyness

Share Knowledge- While in chase the killer becomes reveled to 1/2/3 other survivors.

makes it a bit more risky but nearly the same thing.

Multiple point of views is just a bit silly so I'll try to brew up something different.

Studied Art- While inside the killers terror radius your action speed increases 10/15/20%.

    Might still be to good.
