Hi, is there anyone here experiencing a sudden disconnection in game?

I’m always disconnecting in game and my head hurts so bad because my rank keeps getting lower and i dont know what to do, or when im in matchmaking suddenly it closes the matchmaking and saying that i dont have internet connection but when i check my internet its there. Can anyone help me or tell me if you’re experiencing the same thing as mine. Thank you
