Killer Idea- The Biker

Hey y'all ^_^. I've been working on this idea for awhile and i'd love some feedback if possibly.

The Biker

Real Name: Eddie Casey

Age: 35

Ethnicity: Mixed Race (Hispanic and African American)

Birthplace: Arizona

Bio: Originally a timid boy, Eddie kept to himself… living in fear of being beaten up before returning home to receive his daily beatings from his drug addicted parents. However during a particular brutal beating in the family garage, something inside Eddie snapped. And with what little strength he had left, he grabbed a long chain and snuck up behind his father and strangled the man. He watched on in glee as his father began gasping for air and soon the air was filled with a loud sickening crack. For once in his life, Eddie felt powerful. Eddie had transformed.

After serving time in Juvenile detention, Eddie began working for a small time biker gang in Arizona. At first simply delivering packages before moving onto debt collection.. Before receiving the promotion of a lifetime. He was in charge of ‘making people disappear’. And so, he would often kidnap his targets and take them to a small area in the desert where he would execute them, bury them and let the heat and wildlife take care of the rest.

One day however, a mass search was conducted after the mayor’s son suddenly disappeared. After one of Eddie’s colleagues confessed, a squad of police made their way through the desert to find the horrifying arena Eddie had crafted… as for the mayor’s son, he was found half buried in the sand and close to death. His blood poured onto the sand as ants were already at work on his skin.

Eddie however… was nowhere to be found.

Weapon of choice: Brass Knuckle

The Biker’s power

OI’ Rusty: As a memento of his ‘transformation’, Eddie carried a long chain that’s constantly wrapped around his arm. Though now it's modified with a short blade at the end. The Biker can perform two actions with this chain. Chain swing and Chain grab.

Chain Swing: By pressing the M2,The Biker will wind up his chain for a brief second before swinging it in a wide arc infront of him. It has a greater reach than your regular attack and can hit multiple survivors. However it has a longer recovery time than your regular attacks

Chain Grab: By holding the M2 button, The Biker will wind up his chain before flinging it infront of him. If it hits a healthy survivor, then it will act as a regular attack. However if the survivor is in the Injured state when hit, then The Biker will quickly reel them in and will immediately carry them. However if the killer misses, his movement speed will be reduced as he reels the chain back.

Add on ideas

Barbed Chain: Survivors hit by the Chain swing will suffer the Mangled Status effect

Metal Working Gloves: decreases the Wind up time for Ol’ Rusty.

Hooked blade: Survivor's hit by Chain Grab will suffer from Hemorrhage status effect

Killer Perks

Hex: Dead Heat: Increases Terror Radius, Survivors that are within the Radius over 3 seconds will suffer from Exhaustion.

Oh, Hell No!: This perk starts the trial with four tokens. By pressing the action button you can prevent a pallet from being dropped on you. That pallet is blocked for ten seconds. Pallets that have been blocked before cannot be blocked again. You can regain 1 token by destroying a pallet.

Rigged: at the start of the trial, three generators will be rigged. When the Generator hits 80% percent completion, the generator will explode as though the survivor failed a skill check. The Survivor's aura will be shown for 8 seconds.

Powers are great! Had a similar idea myself but this seems like a much better execution of it.

Hex: Dead Heat, is to good because it makes all exhaustion perks useless

Oh, Hell No!, is also to good giving you free hits on survivors at pallets

    Rigged: that's neat

Some suggestions i'd give, make sure you allow perks to scale ex. for Dead heat you could make it 8/6/4 seconds. for Oh, Hell No! 4/3/2 tokens. And rigged the revealed timer
