Hello dear reader,


I have no idea if I should do it anymore, I bought it 2x limited Trapper masks in the Official DeadbyDaylight Store over 1 year ago and have not received them yet. Despite regular complaint I was not helped. (support@dbdmerchstore.zendesk.com) that was the email that was communicated with. After paying for the 2 masks, I had to watch 4-5 as the release date was postponed. After a long time the package was finally sent to me but could not be accepted because I moved after 1 year waiting for a new place of residence the masks were sent without notice (the packages were sent back because no one was there to accept it) but I have Then I turned to support for 8 times and sent them a new address. The supporters said that was not a problem I should send them a new address. I did that with the order number. I did not get an answer. I then went to the DeadbyDaylight store and could not even log in because the design was changed. It is very frustrating to experience such a bad communication after such a long time then a long time to look forward to something. Just to be disappointed with the loss of money. I hope that any mod or management can contact me and refund me the money or send me the package with 2 masks ..... Thanks for your help.

    Hey! I'm sorry, we sadly cannot directly help you.

    Please go to your bank and try to get the money back that, if it's PayPal, they offer you options how to get your money back. Show them the evidence that you have not received the ordered items and you should be refunded.

    Otherwise, that is your only option besides contacting Gaya.

    It was with Online Banking.... and i got after so long time alredy new Bank Account and my old Bank Account is closed..... i hope that mods can send a letter to defs or management and help me out or communicate with me i have all emails and order numbers and i dont know what to do .... i dont even get answers from Support.
