This might be a dumb idea but...
I have 2 ideas, about cosmetics
Idea 1: Wearing a full outfit will change how the power looks, i.e changing the design for Beartraps and rbt to look like how the outfit looks
Idea 2: using a weapon with a rarity of rare or higher will change the design for the power
This is all, nothing too special

Would be nice if wearing the full santa clown outfit would turn his bottles into presents for example

I thought of Idea 1 while looking at hibana's elite skin and thought "Hey, why are full outfit skins not giving out special power changes to killers?"
