I would be very hesitant to increase pallet breaking speed too much. Keep in mind that you could stack this with Brutal Strength. If you were to do so, you could get a 45% faster pallet breaking speed. This is a pretty big deal because the rate at which you break the pallet determines how quickly you catch up afterwards.

it's still on the theme of the perk and this way you can garantee that the survivor has time to make distance because he stunned you, and running enduring, brutal strenght and blood hound is a lot of perks slots just to break pallets faster, so I guess it's not that op?

That might make it a little more viable, especially for wraith, who sucks at loops.

Fire up is the perk that extents pallet breaking speed and vaulting, though no one uses it. The second idea is cool with bloodlust.

That’s because breaking pallets fast isn’t really that strong anyways. If you just go around breaking pallets all game you will lose to good survivors.
It’s much smarter to mindgame whenever possible and only breaking the really strong ones.

Blood hound is good when you're learning killer and its good as it is.
The more time you ll spend the less you ll use it.

Moving on instead of breaking the pallet only works on a very unsafe pallet. Otherwise, the survivor can stay at the pallet and keep vaulting it until you break it. The best option is almost always to break the pallet and get it over with.
Unless you've got that Meg that throws down a pallet and sprint away immediately, of course.
