Better Add-on Transparency please

slightly, moderately, considerably, tremendously. These words often mean nothing or have no meaning to the devs. Can't we just see the flat number or the percent number? If you feel it is too "Complex" add an option for people who care for those level of tool tips please.

I don't remember the exact quote or who said it but a dev argued that they are hesitant to add that because some add-ons have low numbers that however still have a big impact in the game but the numbers would make them seem weak

Nevertheless this should be added, the current system is not transparent at all
