Just because a killer can k4 and 2 pip at lower ranks, and that's all you know, doesn't mean they're good or even viable at all ranks of play.
That is all.
Edit: one more thing. Just cause you cant figure out how to play against a certain killer, does not make them "OP".

I can do pretty well at high ranks with Wraith.

Idk I can't seem to get him past rank 8 cause all I face at rank 8 is rank 2 swfs

My main strategy for Wraith is hit and run, taking chases I know I can end quickly. Learn how to avoid LOS until you’re near the targeted gen and moonwalk (to the gens) if you think spine chill is in play.

It works for me, certain strategies are better for different people though.
