Serious Anti-Facecamping perks suggestion. For both killers and survivors

Pretty simple, for survivors: if the killer is within a certain range while you're hooked, then you get a stackable 2/5/10% bonus chance to successfully unhook yourself with every attempt. If the killer is out of the primary specified range, but within a wider secondary range, and facing your direction at the same time, then you receive the same bonus (facing your direction is not necessary for the perk to be active if the killer is within primary range). Meaning that with each attempt to unhook yourself while the killer is in range and/or facing you, you gain the stackable bonus. For example, you have 3 attempts to unhook yourself while the perk is active. In your first attempt you have a 2/5/10% bonus chance to succeed, if it fails then, in your second attempt you have a 4/10/20% bonus chance to succeed, if it fails then, in your third attempt you have an 8/15/30% bonus chance to succeed. 8/15/30% is the maximum stackable bonus. Additional attempts coming from perks like Slippery Meat will not offer a higher bonus, but rather maintain the bonus that's already been stacked.

For the killers: While outside of a hooked survivor's specified range, you have a 30/40/50% chance of your next hit immediately downing a survivor, and granting you bonus bloodpoints. Finding and chasing a survivor, WHO IS OUT OF THE HOOKED SURVIVOR'S SPECIFIED RANGE, while the perk is active also grants you a 5% bonus in movement speed, including damage gen/break pallets/window vault speed (for unspecified seconds, up to the devs). A cooldown is obviously included. Entering the hooked survivor's range after activating the perk deactivates it immediately. Hitting a survivor while the perk is active deactivates the perk immediately, regardless of whether you downed them or not. Attacking and missing a survivor does not deactivate the perk.

Countermeasures for possible exploits: For killers who keep moving in and out of the hooked survivor's primary range trying to bypass their perk, and for killers who keep turning around to not activate the secondary range + facing survivor's direction part of the perk, the perk remains active for an additional 2-3 seconds after the killer faces another direction or exits the primary range.

For killers trying to immediately down a survivor after they unhook themselves, think a bonus like borrowed time.
