Devs add a tint of color to...
...the glow of hex totems on the field. For example, if the killer plays 3 different hex totems in addition to Thrill of the Hunt; and the killer receives a sound indicator that a hex totem is being tampered with; if you add a color tint to the glow of the hex totem to correspond to a specific hex perk, then the killer can differentiate between the hexes he/she would prefer to prioritize.
I think this change would be a nice QOL adjustment to help killers know the difference in their hexes, if multiple hex totems are in play during a given trial. Please consider it.

Totems should not be near generators, period.
Neither should they be located around common loops that the survivor will inevitably run to.
The only acceptable location for totems is where the survivors have no reason to look otherwise.

I'm so tired of reading posts about buffing the strongest perks in the game. Its already in half of my matches.
Why don't we buff up some garbage perks instead to add some flavour to the game?
