My friend got banned for playing against a streamer and after I looked through the game rules and EULA agreement multiple times, I still couldn't understand what exactly did they get banned for. But this isn't about my friend or the streamer or whatever, I want to know what exactly do the following things mean and would like to see some small examples if you could provide me with those.

So, the game rules say the following:

THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT CONSIDERED BANNABLE OFFENSES - PLEASE DO NOT REPORT

*....

* Streamsniping

* Teabagging

* Looping

*....

The person was doing all 3, then teabagging stopped and he was just streamsniping and looping the killer. What exactly does streamsniping mean? They were playing against a streamer maybe once or twice a day (but every day), that's streamsniping, so I thought, that's not bannable, right? Why did they get banned then?

My next guess was they got banned for harassment or griefing which they said was the reason.

Game rules say the following:

HARASSMENT: COMMUNICATIONS ABUSE

*Repeated harassment

Ok, so what does harassment mean in the first place? Does streamsniping also happen to be harassment? And if they played against the streamer once or twice a day, does that mean it was repeated harassment? Very confused.

GRIEFING: INTENTIONAL GAMEPLAY ABUSE

Targeting specific users repeatedly in order to ruin their game experience

So this, as my friend claimed, was the reason they got banned. Streamsniping is targeting a specific user already, that's 1/3 of the rule.

Did they do it repeatedly? Does versing the same person once or twice a day counts as repeatedly? That's 2/3 of the rule.

And what exactly does "ruin their game experience" mean? Because I'm pretty sure that each person has a different definition of their game being ruined, I consider ruining the game experience to be sandbagging fellow survivors, mori-spamming for 3 minutes, bodyblocking survivors on the old basement stairs etc. But someone (like some streamers in particular) will consider a lost game a ruined gaming experience. And what do we do? What is the official DBD's definition of the gaming experience being ruined? I'm very curious. Because technically, you can repeatedly target a specific person to not ruin their gaming experience, how does that griefing ban work then?

The person was streamsniping and got banned for griefing, doesn't make much sense to me.

So, I am asking you to tell someone to update the game rules, either make streamsniping a bannable offense or define streamsniping and specify what exact actions are allowed.

The final request, explain this:

"HARASSMENT: COMMUNICATIONS ABUSE

*Repeated harassment"

And this:

"GRIEFING: INTENTIONAL GAMEPLAY ABUSE

Targeting specific users repeatedly in order to ruin their game experience"

Explain these two in details on the official "Game rules" page. There are either changes, hidden rules or mistakes in the rules because a person was banned for griefing while the only thing they did was joining a streamer's lobby (streamsniping which, again, is not bannable) with the intent to play together. Looks like the griefing definition doesn't match. Not only the definition doesn't match, the streamer's VODs give you an ability to see 1. Count how many times they were sniped by that person and 2. See that they played like an average survivor which doesn't seem like griefing or harassment to me.

So, please update the rules or make them clear, thanks.
