Survivors: Roles

Survivors' roles, how about if every survivor has a different role according his/her perks? in the game right now.. survivors are only skins, I think this addition would help that problem. Example:

Claudette/Quentin being a Medic, gaining +15% heal speed and 10% more bloodpoints for healing, but also has some restricted perks (idk, maybe some likes altruistics or objetives?)

Feng Min/Detective Tapp being a Technician, gaining +15% great skillcheck areas and +10% more bloodpoints for repairing generators, but also, they has too restricted perks (such as the role Medic and others)

Bill/David being a Savior, gaining +15% altruistics action speed and +10% more bloodpoints for altruism, restricted perks too.

Meg/Kate being a Distracter, gaining -15% exhaustion cooldowns perks and +10% more boldness bloodpoints, again: restricted perks too.

Then for finals, Dwight/Jake/Ace being Specialists, gaining +15% sabotage speed and +10% more bloodpoints in all categories, they are able to equip perks that buff themselves and their teammates along with their personal perks.

What do you think about it, guys?

Ooh, I love this idea so much but I don't think any Survivors need any EXTRA benefits atop what they already have in the games current state. The idea itself is awesome, but Meg being able to use Sprint Burst with even less cooldown is horrifying. I believe that maybe the Killers will need to be dished out some roles as well to try and balance things out a bit, but that'll take some brainstorming. The only one that sounds balanced that comes to mind immediately is some sort of Wrecker role for some of the killers that increase breaking effects on Gens and Palletes and stuff.
I like where your idea is going, though.

Thanks you for the reply, I think the Meg idea about Sprint burst cooldown it's balanced, she will not be able to equip perks like Borrowed time or Vigil (for less cooldowns) if Meg has some restricted perks, also if the exhaustion changes in PTB comes to live (pausing the cooldown while running) I think it will be balanced, idk.

Hm, interesting idea. What would Ace be then? You forgot about poor Ace.

I think Ace would be Specialist, due to his capacity to find cool items in chests for Technician (toolbox), Distractor (flashlight) and Medkit (Medic/Savior), along with keys/maps to help his teammates, also using his
personal perk to buff the luck in the match and aura-reading.

Thinking about it right now, Ace maybe can be the best Specialist for maybe every team.

Basically I totally agree, but it would be insane effort to change stuff like this and the devs are rather lazy when it comes to such changes.
    What happens with teachables?
Also the whole survivor kit would have to be rebalanced if you give single survivors extra buffs in certain categories

I'm not saying the teachables perk needs to be removed, just making it to be teachable only for character with same role (ex: Pharmacy only available for Medics, Borrowed Time for Saviors and Exhaustion perks for Distracters).

Dwight is a bit of a jack of all trades, and i guess jake is really known for his sabotage.
