Small atmospheric buff to Knock Out
Survivor's can no longer discern the distance and direction of a dying survivor's scream (the scream when they're put in the dying state)
I think it would be cool if a dying survivor made you a little more worried about if it's you that will be next.
Yeah yeah, i know, SWF...but that's why i said small!
If you don't know what this buff entails, it's entirely like the Wraith's Bone Clapper Add-On

It's knockout which means when you down someone its with enough force to knock them out cold so shouldn't it be like the coxcomb lol

on a more serious note, a practical use would be: A stealth killer can down someone near you, with you being unable to tell that the killer is actually near you. obviously works better on indoor maps, or when there are LoS blockers.

This will not effect SWFs, since they will often tell the others where they are. Making Knockout a useless perk against them.

I think it should disrupt comms between SWFs when slugged, but that's not possible.
