NEW CHAPTER IDEA: CHILD'S PLAY - Killer: CHUCKY
CHAPTER: CHILD’S PLAY
NEW KILLER: THE BUDDI (OR CHUCKY)
DESCRIPTION: An OBSESSIVE Friend, able to have area control from the ability “WIRELESS AI” making 5 Buddi Dolls roam around the area, along with a “LEAPING HUG” to latch onto any survivors in need of a surprise hug.
His personal perks, BEST FRIENDS ‘TILL THE END, LET’S – PLAY and LOCKDOWN, gives him the ability to separate survivors and cause them group up at the same time leading to their inevitable demise for messing with his best buddy.
MOVEMENT SPEED: 110 % 4.4 m/s
TERROR RADIUS: 24 meters
OUTFIT:
HEAD: CHUCKY: A mechanical friend who’s promised to protect you till the end, at all costs. Nobody saw this Sociopath’s real scheme behind his innocent smile.
BODY: OVERALL, BEST BUDDIES: Clean clothes for a good Buddi, a good friend would never lie. A good friend never leaves his friend’s alone to cry. But he’s more than a good friend. He’s you’re Best Friend.
WEAPON: STOLEN SNAKE KNIFE: A knife that was told to be used for Voodoo Magic, mostly just looks like a dangerous toy. But you know what they say: “Toys are meant to be played with.”
POWER: WIRELESS AI
“LEAPING HUG”: Chucky will be able to sneak around under pallets and out of sight, but will be able to see you while he’s in his sneaky mode. He’ll be ready to lunge and latch onto any survivor he’s able to take hold of, a warning he’ll be lunging is his voice notification: “Heads up, #########!” Chucky will have latched onto a survivor and you have to stab at the Survivor until they can get downed. The Survivor will be running wildly trying to preform skill-checks to grab Chucky and throw him off. Pallets getting dropped on him during this action will make him get off easier but will stun the survivor too.
“DECEIVING FACES”: Chucky is able to change Dolls and become one of the many “Free-Roaming Mode” Chucky dolls that are scattered around parts of the map.

-80’s HORROR MOVIE – Every successful lunge attack will instantly down a survivor. Failed lunge attacks moderately increase the stun.
“It’s Tickle time.” - Chucky
-THE BUDDI APP – If any survivors are close to a Buddi doll in any way, their aura will be shown to you. The auras will appear around 18 meters away from each free-roaming Buddi doll. Generator’s auras will reveal how close it is to competition the intensity of its aura.
“Peekaboo.” – Chucky
VR:
-MANGLED CAT BODY – Every free-roam Buddi doll will have a terror radius of 25 meters, they will all be walking with their knifes out as if they we’re Chucky himself.
-LIMITED EDITION BUDDI TOY – There will be 2 extra Buddi dolls roaming around the area during the whole trial.
-EXTREME POGO STICK – Lunge distance is Considerably increased. Stun time is moderately increased.
-KASLAN SIGNAL – Tremendously decreases time it takes to switch bodies with another Buddi doll. All other Buddi dolls will appear to be affected so survivors cannot tell which one is really getting taken over.
R:
-KASLAN TECH BATTERY – Lunge distance is moderately increased. Stun time is slightly increased.
-BUDDI 2.0 MODEL – There will be 1 extra Buddi doll roaming around the area the whole trial.
-SHARPENED BLADES – Every survivor who escapes from your LEAPING HUG power will have the broken effect on them for 60 seconds. Time it takes to down the survivor will be moderately decreased
-COLORFUL JUMP ROPE – Skill checks to escape from the LEAPING HUG attack will come more frequently, great skill checks will be considerably harder. LEAPING HUG attack will last moderately longer.
-MOBILE HOTSPOT – Considerably decreases the time it takes to switch bodies with another Buddi doll.

-BUDDI DOLL MANUAL – Moderately decreases time it takes to switch bodies with another Buddi doll.
-PLASTIC WRAP – Skill checks to escape from the LEAPING HUG attack will come more frequently, great skill checks will be moderately harder. LEAPING HUG attack will last slightly longer.
-ENHANCED SIGNAL – Moderately decreases time it takes to switch bodies with another Buddi Doll.
-ATHETIC’S CHILDREN MAGAZINE – Lunge distance slightly increased.
-POINTY HEAVY DUTY DRILL - Every survivor who escapes from your LEAPING HUG power will have the Mangled effect on them for 60 seconds. Time it takes to down the survivor will be slightly decreased
C:
-BROKEN POPSICLE STICK – You lunge doesn’t put the survivors in the Dying state on completion, granted 300% Blood-Points on deviousness actions.
-NAPPING PILLS – Successful lunge attacks after being thrown off will give the survivor hindering effect and will cause exhaustion for 20 seconds.
-NAILS AND NEEDLES – Every survivor who escapes from your LEAPING HUG power will have the blindness effect for 60 seconds. Slightly increases chance of escape, grants 100% blood-points for deviousness and brutality.
-WRAPPING PAPER - Skill checks to escape from the LEAPING HUG attack will come more frequently, great skill checks will be slightly harder. LEAPING HUG attack will last slightly longer.
PERKS:
BEST FRIENDS ‘TILL THE END - You become obsessed with 1 survivor, that survivor will generate a 5/10/15 meter terror radius to survivors around them. That survivor will have 2%/3%/4% better action speeds in altruism, but all survivors around your obsession will suffer a penalty of 15%/25%/35% penalty to all actions, your obsession will suffer the blindness effect as to be unable to do anything of helping.
“See, they’re all leaving you. It’s why you need me; you’re all alone without me.” – Chucky
LET’S - PLAY – You become obsessed with 1 survivor, the longer that survivor lives your speed will be increased by 2%/4%/8%. Survivors who’re around the obsession will be gifted with 5% more altruistic action speed, and 2% objective speed. After the survivors that are not your obsession are hit, anyone who helps your obsession (or is helped by the obsession) with any type of action (Healing, Sabotage, Rescue or Repair) the aura of your obsession and whoever else is around him will be revealed to you by 35 meters away. Every survivor that’s downed will grant you 25% bonus blood-points with a stackable of 2/3/4 tokens. Blood-points will be rewarded post trial.
“If they don’t let us play, they all go away.” – Chucky
LOCKDOWN – Once all the gens are completed, escape door levers will not be highlighted to survivors (ONLY). If the killer interacts with a door lever, that door will not open but it will begin the EGC sequence. The aura of survivors, who’re interacting with the doors after the generators are all complete, will be shown to the killer. The perk will be charged up when generators are completed, it will grant the killer 0.5%/1%/1.5% bonus speed once a generator is completed. (5 Stackable tokens, but the 3rd token starts the perks bonus Speed effects.)
“Are we having fun yet?” - Chucky
Animations/Movement:
BREAKING PALLETS (/GENERATORS): A second Buddi doll will appear from the ground and assist you in bashing the pallet or generator by attacking it with its fists.
CARRYING SURVIVORS: Survivors will be hoisted up by another Buddi Doll and yourself, they both will guide the survivor to the hook, and when they’re at the hook, the second Buddi doll will lift the survivor’s body up and put them on a hook ready for sacrificing.
LOCKER: A second Buddi doll will be in every locker; these Buddi dolls will open the doors for you and shut them if there’s nobody in the locker with the doll.
LOCKER (W/ SURVIVOR): The Buddi dolls open the locker door and stack on top to be at eye-level with the survivor before drawing the knife and grabbing the survivor by their neck, pulling them out.
MORI: “THIS IS FOR TUPAC!”: Chucky leaps onto the survivor on the ground and stands on the survivor’s chest with his knife raise, then asks “Are we having Fun Yet?” before stabbing them in a total of 7 times: 3 in the chest, 2 in the neck and 3 in the face. He then jumps off the survivor and gives little chuckle before the sequence is fully finished.

I haven't technically seen the first Child's Play movies in full, but I would like to give this chance to the new Child's Play chucky because in my opinion the movie wasn't great, but it was far from anything bad.
Either way, I want to believe people can accept it anyways and put real consideration into it.
For people who also saw this, I'd love to see some thoughts an opinions in the comments.

I've also just fixed up the perk LOCKDOWN so it makes a little more sense, a long with making more sense of LET'S - PLAY.

Lets Play sounds like an Obsession based Nurse's Calling? It's a bit odd and hard to read, I apologize.
So when Chucky latches onto a Survivor the Survivor has to do a skill check to get him off, that's not really a hard thing to accomplish. The Survivor really just has to stand still and wait for them then do it. If they run around it would be a lot harder so they just won't run or get to a pallet and waste it.
I had a similar idea but mine was with an average sized Killer, my idea was if we had a Killer who could jump long distances but since he was a tall he could jump over small loops and pallets. Chucky's leap wouldn let him go far but he wouldn't be tall enough to go over small loops or walls so maybe that would be a better idea for him? He could literally just jump several meters forward with a lunge attack, it's not as interesting as your idea though I will admit.
I do love your other two perks though, they seem powerful yet not too powerful. Friends Till The End is the Killer version of Leader and Prove Thyself which is really cool. It forces Survivors to spread out and not group up or they'll be punished but at the same time that Survivor can't see Auras so he can't even help his friends. Pairing this with Furtive Chase could make this more powerful.

"LET'S - PLAY" applies to healing, but also applies to team repairing. The perk is supposed to be a mix of BBQ, plus a different type of Dying light.
Also when Chucky latches onto you, your character will always be sprinting forward or where ever your camera points too, it's like normal running but you have Chucky slashing at your back. The height I was thinking for these chucky dolls as well would be around 4 ft. tall. Or in technical height terms, 4'2" ft. tall. So he's tall enough to look over some boxes and pallets in the way, but small enough to feel like a toy doll. But his leaping action wasn't the only thing.
But thank you for your comment, I'd love to hear more feedback about this idea. I also didn't consider Furtive chase when thinking about this as well, so thank you for letting me know what perk I'd want to pair it with. That is if this was accepted.

Ok that's cool, so when he latches onto you you're moving forward and you decide where you're going. That def makes it harder to get the skill check lol I really like that, I can see people struggling and be like ''######### I only have 1 more chance to get this skill check'' and then they go down because they missed it <3
Overall this is a cool Chucky, I haven't seen the remake yet but I really want to so I was actually happy to see that your idea was based off that film and not the original. I love the original of course but this was refreshing. For instance you followed the remake so you have a 2nd Buddi doll help with all the animations for hooking. Whenever someone complained that Chucky was too short for these actions I was thinking of the original and always said they can have the specter of his human form Charles, appear in Chucky's place and hook Survivors or kick Gens.

Thank you again for your kind words, the specter idea would of been a pretty well thought out idea. I also do recommend fully to see the new 2019 Child's Play, it's not better than the original Child's Play (I haven't seen the original but I've seen clips and know the basic of it.) but it's still a good and every entertaining movie to watch. With a bit of some creepiness to it. Thank you again, glad to get some responses to my work.

I'd find this hard to rank in terms of power. To me, it seems like he's meant to get his lunges off via sneaking up to people, but if he still retains his TR that'd be kinda meh. The instadown might balance that. Dunno. Depends on how advanced the free-roaming AI is.

Allow me to explain, when he does his LEAPING HUG action it would make his terror radius lower to 6 meters (Like Tier 1 Myer's since it feels like he has no TR in that Tier). But if you look at the items "80's Horror Movie" is the item that will Insta-down survivors when you achieve a successful LEAPING HUG attack on them. But in my case, the fact that you can use Pallets to Stun chucky off if he does latch onto survivors, the fact that when he latches onto survivors to give them a chance to get him off, and the fact that if you fail the skill checks and he can put you in dying state if you fail all of them. It feels more Balanced that way, also the fact if he latches onto a survivor who runs for a pallet and another survivor helps it wastes a pallet and thus makes an easier chase.
Sure you're stunned but so can the survivor be stunned that he latches onto. But the survivor will recover faster than him to give them a chance too. If this makes sense than great, if not - well #########.
