Killer Perk: Bloody Hell
The killer can see a blood bar under the survivor icons.
Every survivor has 1 blood bar.
The blood bar get filled, if the survivor is injured or hooked.
The survivor must be injured or hooked for ~90 seconds and then the blood bar is complete filled.
For every filled blood bar,
all Survivors receive an heal speed penalty of 7,5%.
If every blood bar is filled,
the killer attacks(lunge and killer ability attacks) can hit multiple targets(the attacks go through survivors, but count as hit).

So what this perk would do is essentially make it so every killer runs sloppy butcher and any other perks and/or addons that make survivors bleed more so they can fill these bars.
In order to get a speed penalty and basically a scatter shot effect? Does dying state affect the bars? If so I can see killers just slugging people to get it. This seems like it would take forever to even get the full effect from.
The speed penalty at 4 bars full would be 30%, dying light is 25% and doesn't take nearly as long of a time to fulfill. I would just DC if I found the killer had this perk or just bring all the healing crap I could then DC when it all ran out.
People that weren't saved before struggle would just die so the bar isn't filled.
Plus i could see this bugging out and killers being able to just multishot from across the map and get downs.
Besides if you want to hit multiple survivors with an attack just play Leatherface.

Dying state doesnt work on this perk.
So slugging is bad.
Yes dying light has 25%, but on repair speed and healing speed.
My perk only on healing speed
And get killed, before the bar is complete filled,then the last effect doesnt work.
Other perks doesnt effect the blood bar.
Bloody Hell is a risky sloppy butcher with extra effect.
"We will make it" can counter my perk rly good.
Bloody Hell is a perk for Leatherface, because his chainsaw has a long charging time. So with this perk , he can hit multiple targets without chainsaw.
