New perk idea: Astral projection
Astral projection: By pressiong the action key your spirit leave your body for 10s/15s/20s. It takes 120s/80s/60s to recharge.
Everyone can see you but your character will phase in an out of reality like Freddy phasing; 2s you are there, 2s you are invisible.
You cannot interact with the material world and any damage will cause you to be sent back to your body broken for 50s/40s/30s.
The Killers who can see you: Freddy(at all time), the Spirit(when using haunting) and the Nurse(when using blink). They can all clearly see an astral projection.
My goal is to add a few "magick" perks as I feel survivors should have some since they are within a magical realm. Why should the killer be the only one playing with it!
Pls comment and add ideas :)

.... Yeah, no. This changes the game up WAYYYY too much. If anything, I don't think none of us wanted a perk like this.

I'm guessing you fear the juking possibilities but it would mainly be a weak deadhard on a giant cd. The idea would be to use too either leurre the killer away or go check what they are up to, essentially a risky premonition but more powerful. Also, I would add that it leave a husk behind if attacked you go back in and go down instantly.
Do note that I'm a killer main and don't think it would be OP.

It just seems too weak to ever be useful, and has too much of a high risk anyway...

The risk seems minimal with leaving your body in a good hiding spot but whats the point? You cant really do anything while astral projected.

In the lore of the game, survivors only have access to what the Entity deems necessary, such as perks, items, and offerings. This perk would break that because it gives a power that a killer already uses, which would be a big no-no. The Entity doesn't want survivors to have access to what killers do.
Then again, a survivor created the Hatch, so what do I know? Maybe one survivor could discover that kind of secret ability, but why would they want to teach it?
So many questions...

Again the idea would be to be aware of the killer whereabout or to safely leurre h towards an area you know is empty.
I may have reduce the time you can stay projected a bit too low but that's bc I expected ppl to say it was op.

Well tbh it's up to interpretation but I believe the campfire to be a sort of beacon for the survivors hope. Tamed but not controlled by the entity and in a world where the breath of a deceased collegue can allow a decripid nurse to blink, what could the power of hope do ?

The power of hope... it's supposed to be miniscule to the power of despair, of fear, that the killers are supposed to bring.
But, the Entity always wants more hope to consume, so who knows if this would give it.

This is exactly why this power as so many down side compared to the positive aspects. The survivor do not get any speed buff, damage negation or even stealth.

So, they'd woosh like the Spirit does?

Kind of yes.
But without becoming invisible or anything. Also, another nerf could be that your body emits the same kind of light as when you place a marker in the world with the map.
