Been trying it out lately, and I'm not sure if I like it. During end game when there's only 2 left its good... but during early and mid game it seems kinda lame unless you really wanna slug that badly. Most of the time it would be like "cool I see them there and there. Well I'm gonna hook this guy and they'll be long gone by the time I turn around."

Btw I'm not a fan of slugging early game cause I try to get as many hooks before ruin gets destroyed.

    My thing, sometimes, is slug the first Survivor but hook the second. This creates pressure and also means only 2 two people are left and 1 is healing and the other is saving. Infectious Fright makes this strategy work and is actually beautiful on Plague, I was surprised to see a Killer with a perk that compliments their own abilities. This particular perk shines on specific Killers like Myers, Plague, possibly Leatherface, anyone with an instadown basically but can still be used by every Killer. Unlike Iron Maiden which specifically helps only 2 Killers and is complete ######### on everyone else because they can't use that information or it's effects to benefit them in any way.

    I mean I slug on the first down SOMETIMES... but often times I feel like I've wasted a potential hook and hurt myself in the long run, ya know?

    Also, I only play clown, so maybe that's it. I dunno

    I love it on Myers. And if no one screams, i hook for BBQ. Maybe along with knockout just in case someone does scream.

    The Killer that Perk belongs to can wreck house with it if everyone's infected.

    Clown is awesome but yeah Infectious Fright isn't actually good on him, he can't capitalize on it very well.

    Does it need a buff like. When putting a survivor on hook does the same effect as one going into the dying state. Would it make a difference?

    If you aren't a fan of slugging, Infect Fright isn't the best perk for you. Mainly the best use out of the perk is on nurse when the nurse is going super tryhard to slug everyone to get an easy win.
