So about the new supposed leak
There is apparently a 'leak' (I don't believe it to be a hundred percent truthful) that occurred in the wiki about the new killer called, 'The Phoenix'. Now, I'm not one for full gossip, but if the apparent leak is truthful, then I might just have a new main.
I've been praying for some sort of fire based killer, so if the leak is in fact true, I'll be one happy customer :D (Of course I fear my hype will be for naught.)
The perks do seem a bit powerful, so I expect there would be complaints if it is true. I would hope the Survivor's perk is equally as powerful though :3
And in case you're wondering, I've heard this through Hybridpanda's video that came out the day I wrote this. Take it as you will.

I checked the wiki and there was no such leak.

Bear in mind I'm not an idiot, I figure there is a 3 to 1 chance of the 'leak' being true. 1 being in the truth's favor.

That was a fanmade killer on this forum not all that long ago. Panda is normally pretty reliable so I'm actually kind of shocked that he'd give credence to that.

I dont, but I certainly saw a killer titled "the phoenix" that seemed to be fireman themed, I didnt actually click it, but it immediately sprung to mind when I saw this, especially as no one is able to find the actual source of the "leak" Theres still some vague chance that maybe this is a thing, but theres a lot about it that also feels off, especially because of recent controversy over killers and monsters that look like firemen.

There is an easy way to verify if the leak is real
If it is real then you are breaking the forum rules by talking about it and this thread will get deleted. If it doesn't get deleted it's fake

Would anyone be interested if this was the new Killer? He sounds super strong, I was planning on making a Killer just like this and I would use him for Basement builds.

I confirmed with Doc, it's 100% fake and even the claim that it was ever on the wiki is fake.

The phoenix is perhaps a code name like the plague that had an African country name according to some "leak", Nigeria or Senegual I do not remember anymore.

Even if it is fake lets all be honest, that killers power would be awesome and effective against loops like both a slow down and it can injure is pretty strong even if its limited to a trail that follows you.

Not true at all. The Devs dont edit or make any articles on the official wiki and it was probably just a fan made blogpost.

It sounded a lot like a combination of Plague and Clowns power, the fire aspect of it was dope tho

We could ask the devs to allow fan made killers in like this. We've already got fan made cosmetics coming, so this could be another step to enhancing the game. With rules, of course.
