does anyone know if there is any way possible to get a better FPS on PS4?

or if the devs have anything planned to optimise console a bit better down the line?

    Yeah they planned a console optimization back in december 2018. They should have addressed this problem with their "soon™", instead of setting a date without any knowledge of how to solve the issue (or at least the times needed for solving it).
