I wish they added this sound for leatherface whenever he downs a survivor or something. It's so iconic to his character. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BrVGo883KPo
It would really be terrifying to hear this as survivor and I hope the devs consider implementing it.

No as in a global sound that survivors hear across the map

Maybe not that sound in particular, but there are a bunch of other jarring sounds that could be good for that concept.
