How can I report a player that helped the killer and made me lose ranking?

In-game reports are mandatory. You can send any additional evidence (screenshots/videos) with the players profile link to the support under https://support.deadbydaylight.com/
Just be sure they were actually working together, if they just sandbagged you, i'm sorry, but that's not reportable.
