Ultra-rare perks

I know this is not a huge deal and all, but am I the only one who miss the ultra-rare perks? I wish lvl3 unique perks (teachable) would be ultra rare again. Now I feel like 90% of perks are ''very rare'' and there's purple everywhere in the inventory. A bit of red color would organize lvl3 teachable perks together and make it easier to select perks :D And having these red perks was somehow very satisfying :chuffed:
