Pig RBT Changes
Prologue
We all been there, seen both situations where RNG can help both sides, and got really frustrated. Through most will say RNG is what makes Amanda a special killer, I think it does as well, but it's obviously not perfected and it can benefit either side too much. Therefore, I'm changing how her RBT works to make her more consistent. :)
Reverse Bear Trap
They have two phases: Salvation and Judgement.
Salvation Phase is the timer portion of the trap, and its timer is: 2 minutes (was 2 minutes and 30 seconds). A generator is not required to activate the timer since the timer is now activated upon trapping the survivor. The timer still follows the same 3 timer rules, and the survivor's RBT timer will pause if:
- The survivor is in a chase
- The survivor is in the dying state
- The survivor is hooked
Once the timer runs out, the RBT enters the Judgement phase. Survivors can escape through both the Hatch, and the Exit Gates while the RBT is in the Salvation phase.
The Judgement Phase is where the survivor's fate is now decided on their teammates. The timer for the Judgement Phase is 30 seconds, but the timer will remain paused as long as no survivor is repairing a generator. The timer still follows the same 3 timer rules as mentioned above. Survivors cannot escape through the Hatch, nor the Exit Gates while the RBT is in the Judgement Phase.
Jigsaw Boxes
The first searched box will never have the correct key, and free the survivor from their RBT. This rule is ignored if the survivor is in the Judgement Phase.
Chase Detection
If the killer is moving towards a running survivor (I.E. Moonwalking, Running, Crouching) when there's no obstacles between them, or the survivor is running in the killer's LoS, a chase will be initiated.
UI HUD Changes
If a survivor is in the Judgement Phase, Generators and Exit Gate actions will appear in red text, as well as the border of their progress bars. This will help players understand Generators and Exit Gates shouldn't be completed while someone is in the Judgement Phase.
Explanation
Basically, survivors can get really unlucky and still survive, but the killer is guaranteed that their RBT will waste more time. It's a win-win for everyone.
My idea can be tweaked to fit the balance of the game! :)

I guess here's my issue: Traps are meant to be a stalling tool first and a killing tool second as far as Dead By Daylight is concerned. This is reasonable because making them a killing tool first would likely lead to too much frustration for Survivors, which isn't good from a Survivor perspective. But when the "death" part in "death trap" is such a distant second that it will virtually never happen (except when the Survivors deliberately choose to make it happen), what is the point of there being a character themed around death traps to begin with?
