Demogorgon perk theory: Bloodhound 2?
I never watched the show, but upon reading the Wiki one thing that stuck out to me was the fact that the Demogorgon is able to sense blood even from another dimension. Got me thinking that perhaps one of it's perks will have something to do with blood, similar to Bloodhound. Maybe it will let you see blood through walls or maybe the perk has some other effect that grows in power as survivors bleed.
It could also mean that the Demogorgon's power is based on blood, however being an extradimensional being I imagine it's power would be something like Freddy's or Spirit's where it enters this "upside down" world and hunts survivors from there.

BloodStench - blah blah blah any blood within a 20m radius can be seen through walls and obstacles at 30%/60%/90% increased intensity.

Except it's not showing off the demogorgans sense of smell from extreme distance so I'm kinda iffy on it.

It is a good idea for a perk... not much actual use of blood trails come into play

Counters iron will urban evaders really well. Pair it with the sloppy butcher and you got yourself a really good tracking tool for injured survivors.

How about:
Blood Scent:
When you look at a pool of blood for 4/3/2 seconds, you get the 'scent' of the Survivor it's from. You can only have 1 Survivor 'Scented' at a time. When this Survivor is within your Terror Radius, you will see their Aura every 20/15/10 seconds for 2/3/4 seconds.
You will lose the Survivors 'Scent' if they are healed or hooked.
(As usual: Numbers are for example and can be changed)

I mean imagine if the Demogorgon could teleport through a wall portal thingy only to discover blood through a couple of walls😬. That'll be crazy

It wouldn’t surprise me if the Demogorgon has a base ability that let it wall hack blood while in the Upside down world.

I would like a perk that allows you to "see" ripples of sound on the screen or maybe that could be a killers power. By seeing sound, I mean soundwaves on the screen.

If its smell is going to be somewhere it's probably going to be in its power I believe

How about the ability to track smell instead of scratch marks ?
Like the exact same mechanic but showing glowy vapor instead.

Instead of 20m, you could base it on the killer's terror radius? Then you could have more fun with perks like distressing!

A base power should be something to set you apart from other killers. To make you devastating in a different way. A tracking power screams weak to me so it could either be a perk or a passive ability to the demogorgan.

Maybe it'll work like Wraith where he's invisible, having a time amount it takes to cloak/uncloak; but you get the filter like the upside-down and the Demogorgon has no walls or barriers in the upside-down.
I feel like that might be broken though
