Why is Ghostface’s ritual so complicated?
Literally everyone else’s is pretty straightforward but Ghostface has a whole itinerary of killer Things To Do.
Tbh Ghostface should either have to down marked survivors, or mark them via leaning - not both.

Not all killers are so complex though. For example, Huntress is to hit survivors with a hatchet, but you do not have to down said survivor. For doctor you must hit survivors with shock therapy, for legion you must apply deep wound, but neither of the daily’s have a condition that you must down the afflicted survivor.
For 30k bloodpoints it’s a bit of a push. I agree with @pemberley, have it one or the other.

I don't like GF dailies purely because I don't lean, it seems the least effective way to mark survivors (Mostly because you are rooted to the spot and not even that hidden)
But I would like harder killer dailies, most of them might as well just be "Play a match with this killer" as they are for doing things you do anyway. They are not challenges anymore, they are chores.

I'm not really sure. I like the simple Killer dailies like Doctor's, Huntress's, Clown's, and Legion's. Ghostface's should just to be mark the Survivors or down the marked Survivors.

Leaning Ghost Face is one of the most iconic images now, along with seeing a Meyers peeking at you while you were unaware. To glance over and see a ghost peering around a corner is frightening, because you get that Exposed blast a moment later and have to run like a headless chicken.

It was for people who don't use or like the leaning mechanic. I think it works great from a survivor's point of view.

Yeah okay but that still has nothing to do with the post. The post is about how complicated the daily ritual is, not whether or not leaning is a cool mechanic.

Doesn't leaning mark them faster? Could be confirmation bias but I'm pretty confident it does and is much harder to break you out. I like leaning.
More importantly I get the frustration because it is a bad way to teach people how to Ghostface and a tough target to hit. You don't want to 100% them through leaning g unless they are close, I lean to get 99% stalk on my targets then finish it right up close where they can't escape easily and get to a loop. Basically, you wanna use the stalk a little like Myers but this daily goes against that since you need to finish while leaning to get the points.

Leaning does increase the rate of marking, so it's more worth it to lean than not.

Approach le corner at 30-45 degrees, with a little more than half of the wall covering your camera = perfect peeps

This daily should be reworked to mark 6 survivors. Marking is somewhat of a common occurrence for a good ghostface, however leaning and doing a full stalk is not the best option and can be somewhat hard to achieve.

Agreed. It’s rare to do the full stalk from leaning, you can get a good chunk of progress this way but usually you’re spotted before the end, or you want to get closer to secure the hit/down. It’s faster yes but that means nothing if you can’t actually guarantee the down.

Yes, leaning has twice the mark rate compared to regular stalking. That's exactly why there are only stalk rate add-ons minus the ultra rare for when you are not leaning.
