Undetectable will kill perks

Spine Chill is better than Alert anyway. I don't see why losing some more of Alert's limited usefulness is the end of the world.

While I agree that Alert didn't need to be nerfed, this really isn't such a big deal. So few people use stealth killers that it's almost a non-issue.
