Does 4K make a difference in DBD on console?

I’m looking to buy a new monitor (preferably 4K) 75hz for my Xbox one X. It comes with a 1ms response time (again not sure if it makes a difference on this game)

Would anyone know or recommend any other specs?

    I have a 4k tv and play ps4 it just makes the picture clearer but doesn't help with distance.
