Perk suggestions
Ignore the bad perk names they are just placeholders. Focus on what the perks do instead ;P
Run Rabbit! (Survivor perk)
Stuns inflicted to the killer by you lasts 1/1,5/2 seconds longer. You have used all your strength on stunning the killer causing you to recovery from exhaustion 200% slower.
Terrorizer (Killer perk)
Kicking generators leaves behind some of your presence. A terror radius of 16m surrounds the generator for 25/35/45 seconds. Perks and add ons will effect survivors under this terror radius.
Obsessive work (Killer perk)
When a generator is completed survivors will suffer from reduced action speed of 20/30/40% for 70/80/90 seconds. Only effects survivors that completed the generator. All survivors who participate in completing the last generator becomes the killer's obsession. (Meaning multiple survivors can be obsessed at the same time)
This perk could combo great with rancor.
Daredevil (Survivor perk)
Everytime you complete a generator while injured you instantly heal yourself and sprint for 3 seconds causing exhaustion. You reveal your aura to the killer for 4 seconds. When the last generator is completed you gain the broken status and the killer gains the ability to mori you.
This is basicaly kind of a reverse adrenaline, you will get lots of uses through the match, but comes at a high price since your chance of survival is slim at the end. And it can't be comboed with adrenaline since you will become broken for the rest of the game after the last gen is completed.
Thats all for now. Thoughts?

Run rabbit its kinda wierd numbers to be honest i know what are you trying to say this could be a counter for enduring i would say this 3 seconds max and the exhaustion 200% slower why make it like 150% or 130% those numbers needs to be tested im not an expert of this but all youre ideas its very interesting

The meaning of the perk is that if you manage to stun the killer you would add up to 2 seconds ontop of the original stun. So pallet stun is now 4 seconds. DS is now 7 seconds. Enduring would also cut the perk stun timer in half. So instead of a short stun it would be a normal stun on pallets. Tweaking would be needed on the DS stun times, but it comes at a cost reducing how often you could use exhaustion perks. 200% increase in recovery would make the recharge time 120 seconds.

But if you don't use exhaustion (or adrenaline) you're pretty much uneffected am i correct?
