Ps4 cant escape glitch

Please fix this glitch already. It's been months and a few times when you get the doors open you dont leave the game and die due to bull crap timer.

He's referring to the bug that causes survivors to be unable to escape since the escape animation won't start. As far as I know the same bug also causes survivors to be unable to wiggle, heal themselves and they can't see heal progression if someone else heals them.
EDIT: The bug isn't platform specific by the way. It happened to many streamers (PC) and to me as well (XB1).
