Pretty good endgame build!
You likely wont get much points in Gatekeeper, but if you 4k withthat you'll maybe 2pip.

Not a bad build but I wouldn't say it's the best build on him. Freddy's mostly about exhibiting pressure early mid game, even if his perks act otherwise. BW, noed and RM are all fallback perks imo. If anything I'd say you'd be better off running brutal strength (to shred through pallets making every loop unsafe with his traps) pop goes the weasel (for gen regression) a tracking perk, bbq or discordance are both good for that, and either ruin or a perk that pairs well with addons (ie pillbottle with monitor and abuse, or tinkerer with the class photo etc)

Remember Me was nerfed due to EGC and now it's useless and Blood Warden is very situational and survivors can predict it on Freddy ( and thus counter it ). So instead of Remember Me and Blood Warden you should try Pop Goes the Weasel and Surveillance. Also, instead of NOED, Barbecue and Chilli or Thrilling Tremors might be better.

Your build is not bad if your going for endgame. I main Freddy and it's all about pressure. My build is nasty.
BBQ, Ruin, PGTW and Overcharge.
You kick gens every chance you get. Once you hook a survivor and BBQ goes off you can teleport to any Gen you see someone on and kick it. Applies overcharge and regdesses it 25% thanks to pop. Plus the survivor might still be in the area as well. They miss that skill check on overcharge and it's more regression.
I usually use paintbrush and swing chains. Slows them down quite a bit. Play with it and see if it's to your liking.

Well that's an endgame build so you can't really go wrong with that.
I bought the game for Freddy and I'll just slip in my personal favorite builds for ma boi.
Dream Master---Thanatophobia, Knockout, Sloppy Butcher, and Devour Hope. Add-ons: Swing Chains with Black Box or any rope with the Blindness for Snares.
Basically everyone gets the debuff from the dude who's slugged since he's asleep and injured. But they can't find him because of Knockout, healing is even worse, and if they aren't looking for their friend they're worrying about Devour ;)
My World/Power Glove---Agitation, Iron Grasp, Save The Best For Last/Mad Grit, and either Make Your Choice or Devour Hope. Add-ons: probably won't need any but you can use a Drawing to make Gen teleporting quicker. Hook only in the Basement and your Snares will alert you when someone goes for the save and hopefully a Gen is above it. If you don't want the Basement build then ditch the instadown perks and go for full on ''Power Glove'' and use STBFL and Mad Grit, this is Freddy's version of Fruit Ninja Spirit.
